£5.00 reduction if you book both of these courses at the same time !***
You will need to
bring along a pair of scissor that cut fabric for both courses and for the
wreath course you’ll also need needle and thread – although don’t worry
there’s no serious sewing!

Submit
the first few pages of your novel or work in progress along with a one-page
outline of the way the story develops. The group will then discuss the material,
look at ways it can be edited and improved, talk about genre, plot and where to
start, how to get published, where to look for story ideas, how to tighten
flabby prose and what makes a good story.
These
writer's workshops are invariably over subscribed - EARLY BOOKING ADVISED

Old Rags to Great Rag Bags

A
beginner's workshop in rag rug making.
Learn
a traditional craft while decorating and personalising a hessian tote bag. You
bring: a pencil and a pair of scissors. All other materials will be provided
-including the tote bag- as well as a selection of tools you can borrow and buy
at the end of the session if you like. The perfect way to re-cycle your old
clothes! And turn them into Christmas presents!
